By downloading, installing, or using Mailazine, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.
Mailazine is an email client for iOS that provides a magazine-style reading experience for your emails and newsletters. The app connects to your email account (such as Gmail) to read and display your emails. You can read emails, mark them as read, and delete them from within the app.
All email data — including email content, attachments, and account credentials — is processed and stored entirely on your device. No personal data or email content is transmitted to our servers or any third party. The only data that leaves your device is anonymous analytics about app usage (such as which features are used and performance metrics), which do not contain any personal information or email content. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
All content, features, and functionality of Mailazine — including but not limited to design, graphics, text, and software — are owned by High Line Labs and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Mailazine accesses and displays email content from your connected accounts entirely on your device. You retain all rights to your email content. We do not claim ownership of any emails or data accessed through the app, and your email content is never transmitted to our servers.
Mailazine's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Mailazine only uses Google user data to provide the email reading features visible in the app. Google user data is not used for advertising, marketing, or any purpose unrelated to the app's core functionality, and is not transferred to any third party except as necessary to provide the app's functionality, with your consent, for security purposes, or to comply with applicable law.
Mailazine is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, High Line Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of Mailazine, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the app following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
